  5. How big should my images be?
The simple rule to follow is that "Bigger is Better". Ideally images should be at least 2 megapixels for anything other than the smallest of products. If the image is over a megabyte in size then it should be okay. If we have any real concerns over the image, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

  6. Can you crop my image?
Some of the products we offer have a different shape to most traditional photographs. We will crop the image to fit the product to the best of our ability, focussing on what we feel are the most important areas. Ideally, your images should have some "headroom" around the main focus of the picture. When we create the products we need a few millimetres at each side so that the product is completely covered with the image. If, for example, you send us a picture of a car which completely fills the picture, some of the edges might be lost in the printing process. This is unavoidable and for that reason we recommend using images which have space all around the main focus of the picture. If you have any specific cropping requirements, please note them in the comments field of the order page. In the event of any problems or questions, we will contact you before continuing with the order.
